HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training and is one of the most effective ways to burn fat while still retaining muscle. You do not have to spend hours working out to get results. Plan to dedicate about 30-60 minutes of your time each day during this program and you will see results. This program can be done at home or at the gym. We recommend getting a set of lightweight dumbbells and our 'Anti-Slip' Glute Band Sets which will aid with some of the exercises that are included. We also include food recommendations because nutrition is just as important as exercise.
