We want to make the return/exchange process as easy as possible for you. Your happiness is our number 1 priority.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have original tags.
If you would like to return your item, please send us a direct message on Instagram or an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining why you would like to make the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund (minus all shipping costs) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We do not cover return shipping costs for items being returned.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged and will cover your return shipping costs. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com. If you need to exchange for a different size in the item you purchased, we will be happy to do that for you. The item must be unworn and in original packaging with tags. We will send you an invoice for the shipping label. Once we receive the item, we will send you an invoice for the shipping cost to send you your new item. (US and International)
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Once the item is shipped, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for items that go missing due to the shipping courier.
